About The Role
Dubbo Health Service has multiple permanent vacancies for experienced Enrolled Nurses to work within our state-of-the-art Operating Theatre. As an important part of the multidisciplinary care team, you'll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, with the support and supervision of Registered Nursing staff.
You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members, and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture and lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment.
In a small, close-knit team, you will be well supported, and your dedication will be seen and appreciated. You will be an integral member of the community, and you'll see not only the results of your care but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health. What's more, you'll have the career opportunities only a large organization such as Western NSW Local Health District, with close to 90 facilities and over 7500 staff, can provide.
