About the Roles
This opportunity is ideal for a Remedial Team Leader or Senior Remedial Engineer looking to advance their career.
We seek an outgoing, ambitious Engineer with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in report writing and documentation.
You will lead and mentor a team of 4 people conducting site inspections and identifying building defects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performs investigative works on-site for structural assessment
* Undertakes remedial analysis/designs
* Preparation of technical scopes of work and tender packages
* Management of tender process, collation, and analysis of tenders received
* Preparation of tender analysis report and contract documentation
* Contract administration and maintenance of professional relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
* For the Team Leader, ideally 7-10 years of Remedial Engineering experience
* For the Remedial Engineer, ideally 2-4 years of Remedial Engineering experience
* Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field
* Proven knowledge in using software for structural analysis and design
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills
