Are you a creative with a love for cinema? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a highly motivated Content Creator to join the team.
As the Content Creator, you will support the delivery of AFF’s festival marketing strategy through a mix of graphic design, copywriting, photo and video editing — in consultation with the Marketing Manager and creative agencies.
This role is suited to early-stage career candidates with a flair for creativity, social media, and an understanding of cinema.
Responsibilities:
* Creating high-quality communications content for use on social media, website, email newsletters, cinema screens and more.
* Working with creative agencies, freelance contractors and AFF staff on graphic design, copywriting, photo, video, audio, and animation.
* Assist with the implementation and monitoring of digital and social media channels.
* Assisting with the direct marketing program — contacting local audiences, filmmakers and organisations.

Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing or content creation, preferably in film, the arts, or the entertainment industry.
* Good project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and digital.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their use in marketing
* Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends during the festival period.

The Adelaide Film Festival (AFF) is a celebration and exploration of Australian and International screen culture with a unique program of screenings, forums, and special events.
