THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will go beyond traditional management duties, leading and shaping the direction of our bar operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in Cairns' premier rooftop bar at Crystalbrook Riley!
You will naturally demonstrate a high energy with an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service You have strong mixology skills and knowledge of beverage trends (cocktails, spirits & wines) An adept ability to lead bar service and seamlessly transition to floor duties when required Assess and maintain par levels, initiating purchase orders when required, ensuring occupational efficiency Lead and inspire a team of passionate collaborators to achieve high quality beverage and service standards You will develop strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining a high degree of service for all guests ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a skilled and career-focused beverage and hospitality leader.
Your previous management experience is important, along with exposure to working in busy service environments.
