Napier based role, Tuesday to Saturday roster
Our Client is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of glasses, along with lenses, frames, and sunglasses. They are looking for leaders to join their two Sydney Flagship locations across Castle Hill and Sydney City.

Responsibilities of the role: Sales:
Responsible for the overall profitability of the store, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
Support the team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
Accountable for all costs and overall financial stability and growth of the business, with a strong business acumen for analysing these results and planning for improvement and growth.
Mitigate all risk within the store, ensuring minimal loss and overall profitability through accurate inventory management.
Team:
Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on the team's development, ensuring there is always the right person in the right place.
Actively sourcing and recruiting for new talent to further support the business's needs for growth.
Responsible for driving the positive induction and onboarding of new team members into the business.
Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
Implement learning & development initiatives with your team to support internal growth within the team.
Customer Experience:
Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers.
Ensure all team members are trained in how to deliver an exceptional customer experience each & every time.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, growing the brand's awareness through positive in-store experiences and a high level of client interaction.
Promote all services offered by the brand including eye testing.
Operations:
Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards.
Identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures are put in place to overcome.
Champion best practices in all operational areas, from BOH management, accurate inventory measures, rostering compliance, and other set KPIs.
What you can bring:
Store Management experience is required, preferably senior store manager and experience managing large teams.
Strong sales background, with consultative selling experience.
A keen business mind, with a proven track record of driving top-line sales, analysing sales, and the ability to effectively communicate on these.
A passionate leader who is experienced in leading, developing, and growing a high-performing team.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
