Due to the organisation's growth, they are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of their financial operations.Your new roleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations of the business, including:Oversee and update financial records using MYOB.Establish and manage debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements, addressing any discrepancies.Generate and submit a weekly aged debtor report.Weekly payroll processing, including superannuation.Assist with aspects of financial planning, risk management and strategic initiatives.Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing processes and procedures.Provide general administrative support to other teams within the organisation.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper.Strong knowledge of accounting software, preferably MYOB, and Microsoft Office.Solid understanding of Australian tax laws, BAS and superannuation requirements.The ability to effectively analyse and solve problems with impeccable attention to detail.Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.A high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to upholding confidentiality.What you'll get in returnThis company encourages a collaborative and dynamic work environment, where every team member's contribution is appreciated and essential.
