Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Podiatrist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive podiatric care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of innovative treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
* Provide a wide range of podiatric services, including diagnosis and treatment of foot and lower limb conditions.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
* Educate clients on foot health, preventative care, and rehabilitation strategies.
* Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with professional standards.
* Provide ongoing interventions and reviews.
* Implement robust management plans to ensure quality of life for recipients.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Podiatry or equivalent.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality podiatric care.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Experience in aged care or community health settings.
* Proficiency in using electronic health records.
* Experience desirable with an adult case load or a new graduate ready to be mentored.
* Strong emotional intelligence essential.
* Current National Police Check.
* Flexibility to work across different sites.
