About the role We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the South West Sydney team in delivering high-quality mental health services across a number of programs related to suicide prevention and aftercare.
The Service Manager reports to the Manager, Mental Health and leads the multidisciplinary team including Mental Health Clinicians, Support Coordinators and Peer Workers on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficient, effective, safe and high-quality consumer management and service delivery consistent with best practice guidelines.
Presently, Grand Pacific Health's South West Sydney hub provides The Way Back Support Service (TWBS) but due to operational need, may include other programs under this region.
TWBS is a non-clinical assertive outreach support service that is focused on providing practical psychosocial support to people who have recently attempted suicide or are experiencing suicidal crisis.
This is a full-time role, currently available until 30 June 2025.

We are looking for someone with: Qualifications as an allied health professional (e.g.
psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or Aboriginal mental health worker) and current registration with a relevant credentialling body such as AHPRA Previous experience in a program management role and or health services management Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team including planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables, monitoring and developing team and individual performance.
