About The Role IT Support Specialists provides technical assistance and support to our organization. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting our hardware, software, and networking systems. They have experience troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining a variety of IT systems. Responsibilities •Provide technical assistance and support to end-users. •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues. •Install and configure software and hardware. •Perform routine maintenance on IT systems. •Monitor and maintain network security. •Provide training and support to end-users. •IT asset management, forecasting, and provisioning. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. •At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role. •Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems. •Excellent problem-solving skills. •Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Day to day responsibilities •Monitor and respond to IT Support tickets via Zoho Desk •Onboard new user hardware and accounts •Manage the ordering and forecasting of new hardware requirements based on hiring projections. •Monitor and remediate endpoint configuration compliance.
