As a Retail Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our business through delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Store Manager, take full accountability for the day-to-day running of your department, ensuring a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met to inspire customers and maintain a competitive edge.
* Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success, prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing, and fosters a customer-obsessed mindset.
