This mobile physiotherapy service was established in 2019 with a strong vision to make a change in the allied health space and really focus on client advocacy. At the end of the day, it’s your journey, your way! Mobile Allied Health Team, providing Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Hydrotherapy, Allied Health Assistance and massage therapy to the community. They service locations from the southern Gold Coast ( Palm Beach/ Tugan) up to Logan/ Redland Bay and out west towards Ipswich, Boonah, Beaudesert and Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
Position Details:
The exclusive opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapy services to our clients (16 years and above) in a mobile setting, you will be additionally playing an integral part of their growing and innovative team by having ownership and assisting to build their unique team of OT’s. You will be involved with training and supporting new graduate occupational therapists and nurturing and mentoring OT students, have your opinion heard in business development, assisting with how you think the templates and protocols should be and involved in hiring to ensure you work with great people to support the vision. You are expected to keep up to date with current compliance and legislative requirements within the funding bodies and occupational therapy realm. The service model focuses on the delivery of the best clinical outcomes with a client-centred approach in the most convenient way possible. You will be providing clinical therapy and supporting therapists to provide therapy to clients within various funding bodies, including but not limited to NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care (HCP) & private clients.

Qualifications & Experience:
o 2- 4 year's experience.
o Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 2.
o Full AHPRA registration + insurance
o A passion for high-quality service delivery
o Strong communication and report-writing skills
o Ability to work independently
o Strong organisational skills
o Excellent time management skills
o Own car and current driver's license
o CPR/ First aid (or willingness to obtain)
o Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
o COVID vaccinations (up to date)
o Eligible to work permanently in Australia
Salary Information:
$100,000 - $115,000 per annum.
