This is a permanent full-time role for a career PA with the ability to WFH one day per week. The responsibilities are as follows:ResponsibilitiesCoordinate monthly billing, process expenses and support other financial activities including government client reportingFile and matter maintenance, including file opening, conflict checking and archivingExtensive diary management and email coordinationGeneral administrative assistance, including document preparation, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents; sort and distribute internal mailBusiness Development tasks; including updating marketing databases, and event managementBasic drafting of documents and correspondenceAd hoc duties as requiredWhat you'll need:Previous administrative experience within a legal or professional services firm environment is essential, along with the ability to collaborate as part of a team, confidently manage changing priorities, interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, and be willing to assist the wider national practice support team as required.
