You will be working with our clients not only in Australia but potentially across the world, selling high-quality converted American vehicles and ensuring our commitment to delivering the best customer experience.Remaining 100% Australian family-owned, we are looking for Sales Leaders who have an absolute commitment to customer service and support, who must work honourably, embrace change, and be ready to roll up their sleeves as we transform our Australian operation.Working directly with our CEO, and supported by our huge team, our new team members will be provided with training, including spending time at our world-class facility in Sri Lanka. This role is for world-class, proven operators who want to join a business where you can create a future, where your input will be appreciated, and where respect remains supreme.Job ResponsibilitiesResponding to inbound sales inquiries by telephone, social media, email, and clients who visit our facility in Pakenham.Have an encyclopedic understanding of our entire range of right-hand drive American Pickup Trucks, Muscle Cars, and SUVs.Recording all sales and client information in our CRM tool.Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.Proactively creating opportunities using digital platforms to generate interest in our vehicles.Identify and develop volume opportunities via fleet sales, corporate sales, partnerships, and special vehicle projects.Work with our marketing team to ensure our digital marketing is finely tuned to address customer requirements.Build rapport, forming long-term and genuine business relationships.Lead and undertake all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to delivery and handover of their vehicle.Attend various business and industry events as required.Our Ideal Candidate:Previous Automotive Sales experience essential with American vehicles.Demonstrated experience and success in selling high-value right-hand drive American vehicles.Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Strong business and finance acumen.Process driven and proactive with strong initiative.High levels of self-motivation, drive, and resilience.Current Driver’s License.We are looking to hire highly experienced and genuinely nice Sales Leaders to join our business.
