We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our Parafield, Adelaide store on a 12 month, fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Drive the team to provide and maintain exceptional customer service and support.
2. Implement strategic plans to reach sales, conversion, turnover, and mystery shopper goals.
3. Drive sales by providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to footwear and apparel.
4. Ensure all visual merchandising is upheld to company standards.
5. Stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing, and maintaining the stockroom.
6. Roster management.
7. Lead the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
8. Maintain positive employee relations and open lines of communication throughout the store.
To be successful you will have:
1. Previous management experience in a retail setting.
2. Proven ability to drive and track sales.
3. Proven ability to engage and lead a team to success.
4. Energetic and positive can-do attitude.
5. Exceptional presentation.
6. A keen interest in retail, fashion, and sporting trends.
