We're looking for an early childhood teacher to join our team at Princes Close Early Years Service, delivering a funded kindergarten program for children aged 3–5 years.
This is a great opportunity to shape young minds through engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, development, and wellbeing.
You'll work closely with families and fellow educators to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to thrive.

Desired Skills and ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:A Degree in Early Childhood Education and experience teaching in a funded kindergarten program.A collaborative mindset with a strong understanding of State and Federal policies, regulations, and compliance requirements for Early Years Services and Funded Kindergarten Programs.A passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to equity, inclusiveness, Indigenous perspectives, and sustainable practices.
You'll also need:A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalentCurrent VIT registrationA current and valid Working with Children CheckFirst Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in early childhood development and programming
