We are seeking highly skilled Clinical Nurses with Post Graduate studies in wound care, to lead a Nurse Led Clinic. As an autonomous practitioner, you will thrive on a busy environment engaging with clients delivering excellence in care and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will work alongside BlueCare's Allied Health team, GPs and Hospitals in a multidisciplinary approach.
Our clinics focus on delivering excellence in care and client outcomes, providing services to clients including chronic and complex wounds, reduced mobility and swelling, palliative care, expert dressing and wound management advice, education and wellness. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated clinician with post graduate qualifications in their specialist area, able to operate autonomously. A relationship driven role requires well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will also have current AHPRA registration, extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical speciality, confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities, and experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable.
