About the role The Commercial Manager is a key leadership position reporting directly to the CFO.
You will partner with C-suite to provide analytics and insights for key areas of focus including business growth.
This role is heavily commercial with responsibilities including Power BI, dashboard reporting, and financial analysis to supply data driven insights for informed decision making.
Duties Lead and mentor a small team Own the analytics and data function including dashboard reporting and modelling Business partner department leads to build business plans and strategies Contribute to decision making through insights and analysis of key performance drivers Work with large data sets to discover trends and patterns Partner department leads to drive improved processes and reporting Influence senior management with the identification of risks and opportunities Setup modelling to analyse ROI on strategic scenarios and projects Present findings and recommendations to the executive team Encourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practices Skills and Experience 3+ years demonstrated commercial and analytics experience Excellent communication skills to partner with and present to C-suite Power BI & advanced Excel modelling skills Retail / FMCG / QSR background Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendations Leadership and business partnering experience Benefits Comprehensive Staff benefits Flexible working arrangements Fantastic CV builder About the company This retail company possesses an envious business model and are true leaders in their field.
