About the roleThe Reward Administrator supports the Reward team's administrative tasks, maintaining records, and updating databases.The participate in assessing classification and remuneration requests, redirecting them for specialist attention, and supporting case finalisations. They also monitor remuneration KPIs and assist in data analytics. A successful hire would: Provide advice and guidance on operational reward matters, such as higher duties allowances and performance progression payments.Provide proactive administrative support to the Reward team, including efficient records management and timely updates to databases.Analyse incoming classification and remuneration requests, forward them to the appropriate specialists with recommendations, and assist with case closures.Monitor the Reward dashboard to provide consistent updates on remuneration KPIs, and assist with data analysis.Support annual reward processes and projects, from data cleansing to letter production for remuneration cycles.Take the lead in handling stakeholder communications, ensuring that concerns are addressed effectively and timely while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within the work area and beyond.Facilitate timely report submission, uphold data integrity according to university systems, and partner with managers to advance compliance initiatives.Champion a proactive approach to health and safety, review and provide feedback on work area protocols, and collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistent safety standards across tasks and projects.Perform work activities relevant to the role's key accountabilities as approved by the Manager and commensurate to the role's classification level.Experience & Skills Bachelor's Degree - In a relevant field or An equivalent combination of relevant training and experienceAdministration of incentive plans and annual reviewsInterpreting and applying legislation and enterprise agreements.Job evaluation and market benchmarking.Please upload your resume in a word document format only.
