Currently seeking an Executive Assistant, we are looking for someone to ensure a premium service to clients, work in a great brand and be the backbone to a driven Agent. If this sounds like you then please read on!
The Role:
1. Monday – Friday Role
2. Co-Manage Agent & Associates Diary
3. Attending photoshoots, marketing appointments and any ad hoc appointments
4. Assisting with styling
5. Preparing Auction Packs & open home packs
6. Assisting the sales team with campaign management
7. Liaising with vendors and buyers
8. Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele
9. Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
10. Assisting with the exchange process
11. Preparing properties for sale & open
12. Ad hoc duties

The Candidate:
1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
2. Strong administration and communication skills
3. The ability to work proactively and independently
4. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred
5. Previous Real Estate experience
