We are looking for a Workplace Technology Lead to oversee and enhance our workplace technology infrastructure. This hands-on role combines leadership and technical expertise, managing IT operations, systems, and digital transformation projects. You'll guide a small IT team and ensure our technology aligns with business goals, while providing user support across a mixture of Windows, Linux, and aging systems. Key Responsibilities IT Operations : Oversee Microsoft 365, servers, networking hardware, and ensure operational stability across systems. Helpdesk Support : Act as the escalation point for technical issues and manage helpdesk operations. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a small IT team, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. Project Management : Lead digital transformation initiatives, upgrading systems to improve efficiency. System & Network Management : Manage firewalls, VPNs, network security, backups, and disaster recovery. Stakeholder Communication : Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring smooth communication between teams. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience in a similar role. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux server management, and networking. Strong leadership and project management skills.
