You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimising data architecture to support our clients' business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data architecture solutions tailored to our business needs. Manage and optimise data servers, primarily within Microsoft environments. Develop and maintain data models, database designs, and integrations. Oversee data migration, transformation, and optimization projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility. Ensure compliance with relevant data governance, privacy, and security standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, preferably in large-scale environments, ideally government sector. Expertise in Microsoft server environments, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, and other Microsoft data tools. Strong proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and database management. Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based data storage solutions. Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and security best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other cloud providers (AWS, GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks. Relevant certifications in data management or Microsoft technologies.
