Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
2. Plan and develop menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and culinary trends.
3. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, promoting teamwork and communication.
4. Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Manage food inventory, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance of stock, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
6. Oversee kitchen operations, implementing effective systems and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Demonstrate proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a minimum of one year of relevant work history.
2. Possess formal culinary qualifications or equivalent experience, showcasing your technical skills and knowledge.
3. Showcase strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Display leadership skills, ability to lead a team and work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
Preferred Criteria:
1. Speak fluent English, preferably with bilingual capabilities.
2. Have experience preparing Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing your cultural awareness and culinary expertise.
Minimum Requirements:
