This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Mission & Scope: As our Payroll Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our companies Payroll team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processes.
You'll be the first point of contact for payroll queries, help with pre-payroll activities, and contribute to key legislative updates.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-payroll activities: Ensure smooth processing for fortnightly & monthly pay cycles.
Query Resolution: Answer payroll-related questions and issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordination of Benefits: Support in implementing employee benefits programs.
Process Improvement: Help with continuous improvements and stay updated on legislative changes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across People & Culture, Finance, Tax, and vendors.
What We're Looking For: Essential: Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or a related admin role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible, enthusiastic attitude with a team-first mindset.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
Desirable: Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
