About the roleA new opportunity has come available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join ARRCS on a permanent, full-time basis. With remuneration starting at $80,000 gross base (negotiable dependent on experience), this role reports directly to and supports our organization's Chief Executive Officer.This exciting role will see you providing high-level support to our CEO and Board. You will manage all secretarial services including meeting management, event management, board report consolidation, and travel. In addition, you will be a core point of contact for our Executive leadership team and our Service Managers operating one of our 11 Aged Care facilities.As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate strong, prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant. You will have an exceptional professional manner and understand the importance of this role and the level of confidentiality required. You will be a proactive, self-starter who is comfortable taking direction from both the CEO and Executive leadership team and bring with you strong IT acumen along with a fresh and friendly attitude.Skills & experienceTo be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:Minimum of 4+ years of experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant reporting directly to Executive or CEO level of management.Expertise in the management of executive diaries, management of appointments, travel coordination, and event management.Experience working as a liaison and, when required, a gatekeeper between the executive team and other stakeholders.Experience in drafting of professional documents including external stakeholder communication, board reporting, and government reporting.Proficient in the uses of office software including Microsoft Office Suite and meeting software including Microsoft Teams.Ability to professionally collaborate with colleagues and delegation of tasks when required.Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated multitasking abilities.Demonstrated experience working with and management of confidential information.Friendly and professional demeanor and ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.About ARRCSAustralian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is a not-for-profit aged care and community service provider that provides services including Residential Care, Home Care, School Nutrition, and Early Learning Childhood programs in the Northern Territory.Our Vision is passionately pursuing new ways to care where people and communities flourish and lead meaningful lives.
