We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Agents to join this organisation as they revolutionise the Telecommunications marketplace.
These are casual roles and offer a robust 3 week training program coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer Experience with both new and existing customers around the launch of new mobile phones into the market, activating sims and supporting them to understand service options. This is NOT a sales role.
This role will see you driving the customer experience across a multi-channel environment such as calls, emails and chat.
Let's talk about YOU and the skills you possess;
* Call centre or retail mobile phone experience is ideal
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience working with mobile phones, plans & data is highly advantageous
* Experience with social media and online chat is also advantageous
* Highly advantageous to have experience in Optus mobile platforms and products
* A strong work ethic
* A "Can Do" attitude
* Strong technical aptitude
This centre operates Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm. You must be based in Sydney as these roles require you to attend the office. There may be an opportunity to work from home on a hybrid model once signed off and competent.
