You will also be working on routine and more complex administrative tasks to comply with public sector legislation, standards, policies, practices, and procedures.Provide a range of project or business support activities and tasks including preparing graphs and statistics, developing, and maintaining databases, producing, or updating project reports and updating the records on systems.Support and lead the management of people resources including contractor and TMR employee onboarding and exit tasks.Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, submissions, or briefing notes of medium complexity, in accordance with departmental standards. Maintain project information in an organised and easy to navigate manner, including managing online systems including Microsoft Teams pages and SharePoint sites to ensure they contain accurate, timely and relevant information.Liaise with stakeholders and various levels of management, senior executives from public and private organisations, suppliers, and project team, as required to further progress work tasks.
