The role will include targeted & timely specialised assessment, behaviour management plan development, communication, engagement, education, and coordination of client care. This position reports to the Team Leader Integrated Care Rehabilitation, Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The role will also have a professional reporting line to the Director of Occupational Therapy (Fraser Coast or Bundaberg). The BRT teams, consisting of advanced level nurses and allied health staff, have an exciting opportunity to use their skills and experience to develop these pivotal roles for patient care, developing behaviour management plans for patients admitted on the wards, supporting education and capacity development for HHS staff, as well as providing a community outreach role in order to support sustainable discharges from hospital and prevent unnecessary admissions. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $167,587 p.a., comprising salary between $140,767 - $146,883 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Two Permanent Full Time Positions available, 76 hours .p.f.).
