About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you'll drive our iconic Coles vans to deliver customer orders to their homes. You'll safely navigate local neighborhoods during the day or night, helping with order picking and packing to ensure timely delivery.
About You and Your Skills
* A commitment to providing excellent customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
* An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record, requiring consent to undergo police and driving history checks.
* The confidence to drive safely through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas.
* To be physically active, as you'll be on your feet and lifting groceries from the van to delivery points (including stairs).
* Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (typically shifts run from 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm).
