We are looking for Duty Managers (or retail couples) to bring your drive, enthusiasm and adventurous spirit to remote locations in Western Australia, Queensland or the Northern Territory. Live and work where few get to visit, all while experiencing the beauty and spirit of Outback Australia.
Your role:
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be more than just a retail assistant – you’ll be part of the fabric of the community, helping to build strong relationships and positive outcomes for everyone. You will:
* Assist the Store Manager and be trained in store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly, from stock management to customer service - you will be their 2IC
* Support the local community by driving profitable results that benefit both the store and the region.
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that respects and celebrates Indigenous culture.
About you:
You have experience working within a fast moving retail setting; whether this is retail assistant experience, or Duty Manager, or Assistant Manager or Supervisor preferably in FMCG.
You have a passion for learning and you would love the opportunity to be trained and grow.
You have strong financial managment skills and an adventurous spirit with a desire to work in diverse cross-cultural settings. You have a warm, patient hands on approach and are willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
* Minimum 3 years of retail experience
