About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software application projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage software application projects through all stages, from initiation to delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and QA teams, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks while managing issues effectively.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns proactively.
Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software applications or IT sector.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly regarded.
Previous experience working on contracts within a dynamic, fast-paced environment is desirable.
