The park offers a variety of memorial options, including burial and cremation memorials, and features chapels for services, a florist, and a café. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset, providing a peaceful environment for remembrance.

As a Family Services Advisor/Sales Consultant with our client, you will play a vital role in helping families navigate the process of planning funeral services. This is not just a sales role - it's a chance to provide thoughtful, supportive guidance during a challenging time. You will be addressing the needs and concerns of individuals looking to arrange funeral services, products, and packages, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to families on funeral services and products, tailored to their needs.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, offering support during their decision-making process.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final arrangements, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Work closely with team members to ensure the highest level of customer service and care.
- Maintain detailed records and manage administrative tasks related to client needs.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented environment.

- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
