About the Role As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you'll get the opportunity to what you've studied – working in the field solving real-world challenges, challenges that span and extend beyond your discipline. You will have the opportunity to gain valued experience in engineering design, reliability and project management rotating throughout the different working areas. This role will be situated in our QLD operations. The Engineering teams have a strong working relationship with the mining assets and life cycle management team. There is a strong focus on preventative maintenance and delivering consistent results. Whether it is working underground, on HV projects, or in the Coal Handling preparation plants, your exposure to the full range of Electrical Engineering projects is unprecedented. You may be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry. A typical day will involve working under the guidance of an experienced team, assisting with designing, developing, supporting the installation, operations, and maintenance of electrical systems for both open cut and underground mining operations.
