This position will be a permanent, full-time role with some travel inside Victoria.

Job Description Develop and implement HR and safety policies.
Conduct workplace safety audits and identify areas of improvement.
Provide advice on compliance with HR and safety legislation.
Manage ER investigations and resolve any conflicts.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Coordinate with management on workforce planning and strategy.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.
The Successful Applicant A successful 'HR & Safety Advisor' should have: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources and/or Workplace Safety.
Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
Knowledge of HR and safety laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
