RoleWe are seeking a full time Client Services Officer who will be an integral part of the business structure and is responsible for managing the delivery of the service offering to clients. Key Responsibilities As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for a number of essential tasks within the business, including: Advice Implementation: Collaborating closely with Advisers and clients to implement various financial products and bespoke strategies.Client Relationship Management: Cultivating strong, enduring relationships with valued clients, understanding and anticipating their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with every service interaction.Administrative Excellence: Overseeing the administrative aspects of client accounts, maintaining accurate documentation and procedures.Team Collaboration: Providing comprehensive support to our financial planning team, ensuring seamless client experiences and effective coordination across team members.Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipating potential challenges and offering innovative solutions to efficiently meet our clients' financial goals.Process Improvement: Continuously assessing and enhancing operational processes to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;A high attention to detail and excellent organization skills;Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision;A minimum of 2-years CSO experience within the Financial Planning sector;High competence in using MS office applications; Proven understanding of workflow and CSO administrative tasks;Strong client relationship skills;A history of being a positive and supportive team member;RG146 qualification ( Preferred but not essential ) To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status, or post-graduate visa allowing you to work in Australia for more than 5 years.
