We aim to always operate an enjoyable workplace of mutual respect and integrity.The successful applicant will lead the kitchen team in all areas, including the development of the menu, building on existing systems and processes and reaching targets, all while creating a supportive and team driven environment.Head Chef Role:Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring an efficient and collaborative environment.Cultivate a supportive, motivating and enjoyable workplace.Provide organization of kitchen prep, inventory, ordering and delegation of tasks in the kitchen.Oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.Maintain and oversee rigorous standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen using cleaning schedules and checklists.Actively participate in the service for the restaurant.Have experience in the management of kitchen budgets including COGS and wage percentages.Be a creative force, developing and executing the restaurant menu and weekly specials that align with our brand and clientele.Collaborate with management to plan special events.What we are looking for:Minimum 3 years' experience in a Head Chef position.Ability to work under pressure in a modern, fast-paced establishment.In-depth knowledge of kitchen processes and procedures.Strong menu planning skills with an eye for creativity and plating.Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional manner.What we can offer:A competitive salary package.6-month retention bonus.Other incentives related to COGS & KPI.A supportive work environment at our stunning waterfront location.We are excited to hear from you!Please email an up-to-date resume and any relevant information to ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
