For nearly 100 years, we've been helping customers build a better, more sustainable world.Job Duties:Develop and execute Hydraulic Pump/Motors & Cylinder/Rods go-to-market strategy/value message for Construction Industry products.Serve as a senior consultant within Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) and subject matter expert in hydraulic Pump, Motors & Cylinders.Work closely with internal partners such as the Sales Execution team, DSD, and Hydraulic product groups to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy.Communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.Develop Hydraulic solutions following New Services Development (NSD) framework & discipline.Mentor team members within the broader Parts & Service organization.Drive POPS growth through development of products and programs.Gather and provide Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) to the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, pricing and logistics teams.Work across various functional business units to achieve parts objectives and implement parts marketing activities.What You Will Have (Skills):Customer Focus: Knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction.Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques.Consulting: Knowledge of providing technical or business guidance.Effective Communications: Ability to effectively transmit and interpret ideas.Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies.Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches for recognizing and resolving problems.Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply organizational acumen to identify key success factors.Top Candidates Will Also Have:Strong data analytics skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Experience with 6 Sigma Black Belt or project management.Experience working in the field or with Caterpillar dealers.Preferred work location: Melbourne, AustraliaRelocation assistance is not provided for this role.Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in office work.Travel: up to 25%Posting Dates:March 26, 2025 - April 1, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
