The Role
Reporting to the Village Managers, each FIFO Site Administrator is responsible for providing support to site reception, guest services, accommodation, rostering and general administration support to the Village Managers and leadership team on-site. These are permanent fulltime roles working a 2:1 FIFO swing from Perth airport.

About You
7. Strong INX, SAMS, SAP, RMS or similar site system experience is essential
8. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a FIFO Site Administrator
9. Excellent communication skills, as you will be working front of house and passion for hospitality and customer services is required
10. Experience supporting rostering and time & attendance
11. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office package
12. The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a hands on role
13. Class C, Manual Driver’s License
14. Able to pass a medical and drug screen
