Melba Copland Secondary School (MCSS) is a dual campus year 7 to 12 school with rapidly growing enrolments. The Multidisciplinary Wellbeing Team consists of Deputy Principals, Executive Teachers, School Health Nurse, School Psychologist, Social Worker, and Wellbeing Administrative staff. MCSS is seeking a motivated and determined Youth Support Worker (YSW) to initiate and lead wellbeing initiatives primarily based on the Senior Campus, working with Year 10-12 students. The YSW will work alongside individual students with challenging and complex needs, run selected small group programs, work collaboratively to support attendance and student engagement, and work within the multidisciplinary team to meet the wellbeing needs of all students in Years 10-12.
