We are looking for a Training Officer to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Southwest Sydney. About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Training Officer who thrives on designing and delivering impactful training programs. You'll be responsible for coordinating training initiatives in alignment with the company's annual training plan, while also playing a key role in their transition to e-learning.Key Responsibilities:• Design and deliver both e-learning and classroom-based training.• Conduct inductions and training sessions for operations, maintenance, and logistics teams.• Create and manage task descriptions and assessments for production processes.• Collaborate with external training providers, RTOs, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery.• Keep compliance training up to date and ensure accurate training records are maintained in the learning management system.• Continuously improve training processes and contribute to weekly and adhoc reporting.About You:• Experience as a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, or similar role.• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design (desirable).Benefits:• Southwest Sydney based with onsite parking• Circa $90,000 Package • Reward & Recognition programs.• Access to novated leasing options.• Health insurance and retail discounts.• Opportunities for training and career development
