This position involves front reception desk coverage for visitors, operational support for our health and safety manager and human resources department, event planning such as quarterly staff lunches, arranging travel bookings for executives and other staff, and various administration duties.On an average day, our front reception will have approximately 5-10 visitors, as well as deliveries and contractors attend. We use Sine to support and streamline our visitor sign-in process which announces the visitor to the person they have arranged to see.This position offers flexibility to provide administration support for our HSE Manager, HR Department and other head office roles, while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for people attending our site.About Our CompanyKorvest Ltd operates the businesses of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut.
