Assisting and mentoring junior consultants in the business. ExperienceOutside wanting to join a positive and friendly team, the right candidate should have:8+ years' experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering. Experience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships.Competency in civil design, including the development of design solutions for earthworks, roadworks and drainage. RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable.Must have an excellent attitude and be capable of working within a dynamic environment.Well-developed creative, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.Motivation for continuous improvement and professional development.
