Your New Role:
As a Department Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing one of the brand’s bustling departments within a large-format store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of your department’s operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure that sales and profit targets are achieved.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by setting high standards for service and product presentation. Leading by example, you will guide and develop your team to ensure operational efficiency and drive strong business results.

2. Lead your team in delivering an exceptional, customer-focused shopping experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values.

4. Maintain high standards for merchandising, stock management, and overall department organisation to optimise performance.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that your department aligns with the company’s vision of sustainable and accessible fashion.
