Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Leading the facilitation of culturally safe environments for First Nations peoples and engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Building and maintaining relationships with First Nations communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to manage successful project and/or policy development and implementation.Identifying and driving business improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and performance of outcomes for First Nations peoples.Leading teams to deliver high-quality projects and policy initiatives, ensuring timely preparation and submission of accurate reports and briefs.Enough about us, let's talk about you This position is perfect for a leader who is passionate about equity, justice, and the well-being of First Nations peoples, along with a strong background in navigating and influencing policy.
