About this exciting opportunity As our Autonomous Systems Technician you will be responsible for the technical activities regarding robotics and/or autonomous systems that support the delivery of a range of technology projects including underwater and surface survey platforms and the sensors they carry. You will contribute to the development and operationalisation of autonomous vessels, robotic systems and image/sonar collection systems through responsibility for the build, test and support of the autonomous and robotics elements of the systems. In this role you will have the opportunity to participate in field work and collaborate with team members. About you Your suitability for this role will be supported by your relevant trade qualifications suitable for build, test, rectification and support of robotics and autonomous systems along with your experience in a relevant field. Your demonstrated experience with building, testing and supporting robotic, autonomous and complex sensing systems from engineering drawings and wiring schematics will allow you to succeed in this role.
