About the Role
In this fitness job, you'll be responsible for managing the sales strategy and ensuring seamless operations. As a Sales and Operations Manager, you’ll execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, retain clients, and maintain the gym’s high standards. Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and manage sales strategies focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving monthly revenue goals.
* Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client goals and present our services as the best solution.
* Pipeline Management: Oversee lead pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
* KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize performance.
* Retention Efforts: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
* Client Support: Provide top-tier service at every touchpoint, from initial sales to ongoing client engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a fitness job or sales role, ideally in a service-oriented field, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
* Client Relationship Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships with a focus on long-term retention.
* Operational Competence: Strong understanding of day-to-day gym operations.
* Commercial Awareness: Proficiency with business metrics and data-driven decisions.
* Proactive Problem-Solver: Solutions-driven, with excellent communication skills.
