You will design bespoke stays at Baird Bay Experience, and curate exclusive experiences for The Tailor Touring Co. guests.Your responsibilities include handling inquiries via various channels, proficiently processing reservations, and coordinating high-touch logistics, such as private air charters and exclusive site access, while fostering strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and industry partners.
You will also ensure process improvements, manage financials, and maintain strict adherence to privacy laws and cybersecurity protocols.This role offers an opportunity to create extraordinary luxury travel experiences, and drive business growth through exceptional service and upselling premium offerings.Key responsibilities:Managing and Personalising Bookings: Be the primary contact for handling inquiries, recommending options, confirming reservations, updating availability, ensuring accuracy, and assisting guests with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.Logistics & Operations: Coordinate luxury logistics like private air charters and exclusive access, collaborate with teams to deliver seamless service, and expertly manage quotes, reservations, and issue resolution.Sales & Revenue Generation: Foster long-term relationships with guests and partners to maximise revenue, and actively promote and cross-sell proprietary products and other exclusive offerings.Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure top-tier privacy and cybersecurity compliance while driving continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.About usRooted in one of Australia's most extraordinary landscapes, on South Australia's rugged Eyre Peninsula, Baird Bay Experience offers thoughtfully appointed Seaside Villas that provide a home from which to encounter the magic of a coastal safari: swimming with wild sea lions and dolphins.In addition, this position plays a supporting role in the coordination of The Tailor Touring Co. bookings.
