The business has created a very inclusive culture resulting in a long-term tenure of staff throughout the business.Your new roleReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this GM is responsible for the oversight and management of all major back office support functions for the business. It will manage customer relationship teams and support functions to ensure all client & contract specific reactive, quoted and preventive maintenance rates, schedules and system workflow requirements are optimally configured within the company's systems to meet contractual and internal financial objectives. Further, the role will lead a team of 5 managers responsible for ensuring adequate resourcing is in place to deliver training and account management to job families within the service business and provide accurate and relevant Business Intelligence information that relates to financial, customer and operational performance available for senior leadership.What you'll need to succeedProven ability in configuring systems to crystallise issues that have been used to extract efficiency benefits. Partnering with systems architects and developers to ensure these benefits are realised for key stakeholders.
