An opportunity to lead a team of enthusiastic and diverse people.We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor eager to lead a team of highly skilled maintenance personnel to achieve business goals through the efficient performance of maintenance activities.This role empowers the successful candidate to lead a highly skilled team; harnessing their technical and mechanical expertise to drive impactful decisions made by you to achieve successful outcomes.To be successful in the role, ideally you will possess:A leader with demonstrated experience in a fixed plant and heavy industry environment.The ability to foster team engagement through effective communication and meaningful interactions; while maintaining a strong, people-centered approach.Experience in analysing plant and equipment performance, identification of causes that may impact production and the development of strategies for improvement.Proven ability to develop and maintain working relationships with Engineering, Operations, and other Maintenance departments with a focus on collaboration.Confident decision-making skills, with the drive to provide direction to your team aligned to organisational objectives.Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities to reduce repair and maintenance costs.A strong emphasis on delivering constructive feedback tailored to each individual team member, ensuring messaging is received in a professional manner and understood.
