Are you a seasoned agency recruiter looking for that next step?
We’re currently partnering with a Sydney based, privately owned agency “heavyweight” that caters exclusively towards senior agency recruiters.
This award-winning brand is not your average recruitment firm, who are market specialists across:

* Digital, Product & Marketing
* Project Services
* HR & Procurement
* Accounting & Finance
* Executive Search
Why are they a stand out agency?
* Client base: from private equity to ASX listed powerhouse (Qantas, Woolworths, Macquarie Bank, QBE as examples). No ring-fenced clients or reduced fees for working with house accounts.
* Performance: average billing range of $400K-$600K and multiple team members cracking the $1M+ mark. As a sweetener, they'll double your contract runner book in your first 6 months + earn up to 45% in commission.
* Lead from the front approach: every single member of the leadership team are hands-on recruiters focused on C-level hiring. One of their biggest USP's is their relationships at the top end and how this generates work for the rest of the team.

What are we looking for?
* A Senior / Principal recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years 360 agency experience across one of the above disciplines...someone who really knows their market!
* A track record of growing out existing accounts and generating their own new business.
* You must currently be working in an agency / professional services environment as a 360 recruiter.
* Self-starters who work hard and have that desire to be a $750k+ billing recruiter.
