We support all AWS data centers and equipment, ensuring our customers have continuous access to innovation. We tackle challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.
You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. We collaborate across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.
* Share knowledge and follow best practices in Data Center Operations.
* Participate in and deliver on high-impact projects.
* Contribute to, and improve on operational efficiency.
Additional Role Requirements:
* This role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.
* 24/7 shift coverage is required, including 12-hour rotating shifts.
* Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
* 1+ years of computer networking experience.
* High school or equivalent diploma.
* Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
